Health Policy

Health policy projects analyze an existing policy or propose a new one. The product is usually an analysis or policy brief, and its strength comes from a systematic comparison of options, attention to stakeholders, and a clear account of expected effects.

Common mistakes for this type

  • Arguing for a position without systematically comparing alternatives.
  • Leaving out the stakeholders who would carry out or be affected by the policy.
  • Proposing a policy without saying how its effects would be measured.
